Booking an appointment and then late cancelling or not showing without adequate notice affects others who may want to book during that time. All accounts require a credit card on file to book. To avoid being charged, we require appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled by 4:00 p.m. two business days before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the booked appointment rate.

Don’t see an appointment time that fits your schedule? Add yourself to the waiting list! Automatic notifications will be sent out if an appointment becomes available. Be sure to add yourself to the waiting list for each duration that you wish to be notified for (i.e. if you’d like either a 90 minute session or a 2 hour session). The waitlist also helps inform days and times that we may open if the future.
